Are your necklaces water resistant?
Yes! Our necklaces are what we call “Adventure-proof.” This means you can wear them hiking, swimming, skiing, climbing, etc.
We use high surgical-grade stainless steel in our necklaces to provide a durable material that will prevent rust and de-coloration.
How should I care for my necklace?
We recommend to all our fellow adventurers that they avoid getting harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes on their necklace. These chemicals can cause tarnishing.
Periodically rinsing your necklace with clean water and patting dry will help keep your necklace safe from chemicals and harmful compounds.
Keep in mind that Chlorine is also a chemical that degrades metals quickly. So avoid too much time in
Does my necklace come with a warranty?
We stand behind the quality and manufacturing of our necklaces and offer a limited 1-Year Warranty behind manufacturing defects. If you ever have a problem, reach out to our customer support so we can get you taken care of!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out or you want to switch a style or color. Just start your return within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send you information to get you taken care of.
Do you have different necklace sizes?
In short, we do not have different pendant sizes at the moment but it is in the works. All necklaces come in our standard 0.75-inch medallion.
We do however have different size chains which you can choose when selecting your necklace!
How much money is given back to the U.S National Parks?
In connection with our brand’s mission, we donate 5% of all proceeds to the U.S National Parks to preserve our homeland for generations to come.
When will new styles launch for additional parks?
Our in house design team is constantly working to design new products representing all of the national parks across the U.S. Every few weeks, we expect to launch a new collection. Sign up for our email list to stay tuned for new product drops!
